| 20,000 for Tohoku
“Japan is all about calories. You count them in your food, your beer and when you sing karaoke. On July 21st, I will be counting my calories all the way to 20 000. I will cycle from my apartment in Fukui all the way to Kagoshima. That’s roughly 1000 km in the sultry Japanese summer and I have given myself a soft goal of one week. I want you to donate to the kid’s in Tohoku. They need calories – whether it is in the form of sustenance or labour to rebuild their livelihoods.” http://www.globalgiving.org/dy/fundraiser/prevfund/gg.html?regid=6021 |
